If you have a windowed Wiki, exiting and restarting doesn't kill anything. It happens when you exit TiddlyDesktop while a wiki is in fullscreen mode and living on its own dedicated desktop. (Note: I also edited my earlier provided specs to include my file locations, in case that is ever pertinent.) Tried stopping, starting, quitting various ways, shutting down and starting back up.
